Responsibilities
- Project Development & Implementation (80%)

Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules
- Implement integrations with third-party systems (payments, logistics, APIs, mobile apps).
- Deliver tailored training and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy Odoo implementations.
- Internal improvement (20%)
- Provide feedback for technical and process improvements.
- Coaching & Training
Must Have
- Proven Odoo development experience (v13 → v18).
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML/QWeb.
- Solid knowledge of Odoo framework (ORM, workflows, access rights).
- Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, XML-RPC).
- Fluent in English – French – Kinyarwanda( minimum 2 of them).
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Autonomous, assertive, and proactive problem solver.
Nice to have
- Strong skills on Social Media
- Leadership spirit
- Experienced in management software implementation
