Junior Araka Consultant

We are looking for Junior Consultants to support our clients in digitalizing their business operations. You will work on implementation projects across different industries, gradually developing the skills and experience needed to manage projects from initial analysis to go-live and post-implementation support.
You will combine business understanding, technology, communication, and problem-solving to turn client requirements into practical digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ business activities, processes, and requirements
- Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation projects
- Configure and implement solutions based on client needs
- Coordinate the different stages and activities of assigned projects
- Document business processes, requirements, and implemented solutions
- Perform testing and quality control before deployment
- Train end users and support solution adoption
- Provide client support after go-live
- Participate in or coordinate development work when required
- Communicate project progress, priorities, and challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve client needs
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or another relevant field
- Strong interest in business processes, technology, and digitalization
- Ability to understand and analyze how businesses operate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and industries
- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Proactive, autonomous, and responsible mindset
- Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Fluent in both English and Kinyarwanda, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous exposure to Odoo, ERP systems, or business management software
- Understanding of areas such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Project Management
- Technical knowledge in Python, XML, JavaScript, or software development
- Experience documenting or improving business processes
- Previous experience training or supporting users
- Experience working directly with business clients
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluency in French is an added advantage.
